This document includes the General conditions of use and operation of the services of www.hotel7claus.com and defines the rights and obligations of the clients in it.

1. Hiring of services

All the services and accommodation that appear in www.hotel7claus.com can be consulted and reserved with the prices published on this page. The equipment of our hotel establishment, as well as the options available for the different types of rooms, are those that appear on the page. The photographic gallery contains original photographs of our facilities and equipment, counting that the arrangement of the different rooms of the same type, and the various decorations and arrangements, are not required conditions and are detached from any contractual condition.

2. Prices

The prices applicable to accommodation and services presented on the page are those that appear at the time of your reservation, include 4% Indirect Service Tax, and appear in Euros. They correspond to current prices, minus computer typographical errors, and may change without prior notice from the establishment's management. The prices presented on the page may be different from those communicated by phone or other means of communication.

3. Payment method

Payments for the accommodation services contracted through www.hotel7claus.com, can be made by credit or debit card, by bank transfer with OUR expenses to the IBAN account that will be indicated, or by money order.

In the case of payment by credit or debit card, the following information will be requested by means of an email from the electronic commerce payment gateway of Credit Andorra S.A .:

- Number of credit card or debit card

- Name of the owner of the same

- Expiration date

- CVV2

As an establishment registered for the Credit Andorra SA TPV service, all your data will be sent encrypted and through a secure server SSL (Security Socket Layers), which guarantees that neither the owners of the Hotel 7 claus, nor its suppliers, nor third parties people or companies have access to your bank details.

Once your data has been entered, the bank will validate the credit or debit card and proceed to collect the indicated amount.

In the event that the payment is made through bank transfer, a fax accrediting the payment would be requested.

The amount charged for the reservation itself is stipulated based on the days and type of room contracted, and in no case will it exceed 50% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount will be discounted when establishing the total amount to be paid for your accommodation and consumption of products and services. In the event that this payment has been made by credit or debit card, it may be returned on the day of your departure. In this case, the client has the obligation to pay 100% of the invoice.

4. Cancellation of the reservation

All confirmed reservations will be kept until 6:00 p.m. on the first day of the reservation. After that time, the reservation may be canceled by the Hotel les 7 claus, without refund of the amount stipulated as a deposit. If the user informs that his arrival will take place after 6:00 p.m., the reservation will be respected.

Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the first day of the reservation or the fact of not showing up at the Hotel (NO SHOW), carries a penalty of 100% of the rate of the first night plus 4% of the Indirect Servei Impost .

5. Obligations and responsibilities of customers and users

The user undertakes not to use www.hotel7claus.com to carry out activities prohibited by law, (ii) to refrain from carrying out any conduct that damages the intellectual or industrial property rights of www.hotel7claus.com or third parties, or that violates or violates the honor, personal or family privacy of third parties (iii); to refrain from carrying out the destruction, alteration, disablement or misuse of any date, program or electronic document belonging to www.hotel7claus.com (iv); to inform us of any illicit use of which you are aware.

The user will refrain from reproducing, copying, selling, or exploiting by any means all or part of the content of www.hotel7claus.com. Any fraud or abuse committed within the framework of www.hotel7claus.com may be subject to judicial prosecution.

6. Applicable law or jurisdiction

All questions that result from the application or execution of these General Conditions will be the exclusive competence of the laws and courts of the Principality of Andorra.
